How do I get my pager? Scan the QR code at the counter with your phone camera. On iPhone the Dori App Clip opens, on other phones a web page. You will see your order number.

Do I need to keep the app open? No. Lock your phone. On iPhone the order stays on the lock screen and rings when it’s ready.

I didn’t get an alert. Make sure notifications are allowed for Dori and that your phone is not in Silent or Focus mode, then ask the staff to tap Ring again.
